U.S. District Judge John C. Coughenour took the opportunity of a sentencing hearing to lecture the Bush administration about the treatment of enemy combatants. He had a large audience, since this was a high profile case.

If His Honor wishes to engage in political commentary, perhaps he should do what the rest of us do - start a blog.
