Roberts "Well Qualified"

The American Bar Association has rated Judge John Roberts "well qualified" to be a justice of the Supreme Court. This is the highest rating given by the left-leaning organization. (The other choices were "qualified" and "not qualified.")

How are the Democrats going to spin that?

UPDATE: Here's one way to spin the glowing report of the ABA. Say that the process had "limitations" (Senator Patrick Leahy, D-VT).
UPDATE 2: Uh oh. It seems that in 2001, Senator Leahy had a different opinion about the ABA process for rating judges:

In a March 16 [2001] letter to President Bush, Leahy and
Schumer said that the "ABA evaluation has been the gold
standard by which judicial candidates are judged..."
